Millares gana póstumamente el Premio Nacional de Poesía

“Una escritura directa cuyo desarrollo se busca haciéndose y se hace mientras se busca”. Así definía José María Millares su propia obra en el prólogo de Cuadernos (2000-2009), publicado por la editorial Calambur. Fallecido en septiembre de 2009, Millares acaba de ser galardonado por ese libro con el Premio Nacional de Literatura en la modalidad de Poesía. Convocado por el Ministerio de Cultura, el premio está dotado con 20.000 euros.
